The table below shows how many servings you can eat and stay under U.S. EPA's recommended maximum intake. EPA's guideline is intended for children and women of childbearing age, since unborn and young children are most sensitive to mercury. There is no EPA guideline for men and older women.

Notes:

Mercury concentrations are expressed in parts per billion, a measure of how concentrated a contaminant is in the fish tissue.

Concentrations are expressed on a wet weight (fresh weight) basis.
